As I write this blog the dreaded Euro vision Song Contest can be heard faintly in the background. I can't believe it's that time of year again. If anything was ever played out, in my opinion, it's this.When I think that Ireland's entry this year was sung by a turkey puppet, I'm glad it didn't make the final.What's the world coming to, I ask? Anything seems to go nowadays and somehow we are accepting of so much and nothing surprises us anymore.I think people want to shock by what they say, do or wear.
We are blessed to know tonight, that with God there's no need for gimmicks, or shock treatment.We just need to hear and accept the gospel truth, as it was,is and evermore shall be,
