GREAT REJOICING

Ian lost a pair of glasses recently, he talks a lot about them and has been searching endlessly for them.Well, I'm delighted to say I've just found them while rummaging through a bag of cds. I know he'll be so pleased and able to relax at last.Even though he has other pairs of glasses which do the same job as the ones he lost, somehow he has been pre-occupied with searching for these ones.
This immediately reminds me of the parables in the bible of The lost sheep, The lost coin and The lost son.We think of the wonderful rejoicing there was for example when the son returned to his father and the sheep and the coin were found.We're blessed today to know that God is persistent with us. He never gives up on us and rejoices greatly when we live according to His will.
